Vertical Blinds
Vertical Blinds are an efficient method of light control, with a very wide range of attractive fabrics; many of them are machine washable and/or flame retardant. Making these blinds a sensible choice for projects large & small. Another important factor in the choice of fabric is "Solar Gain". Some of the fabrics have a reflectance of 70% or more. At the other end of the scale, completely `'opaque" fabrics with zero light transmittance are also available.
Roller Blinds
We offer an extensive range of roller blinds in both traditional & designer fabrics. Many of which are flame retardant including ranges with a solar protective coating to improve solar performance.
Venetian Blinds
Aluminium Venetian Blinds - Aluminium blinds combine high functional efficiency with aesthetic appeal. Blinds are available in both solid & perforated slats with a wide range of attractive colours to add that perfect finishing touch to your room.
Wood Venetian Blinds - These blinds are available in wide range of both traditional wood & a choice of stylish colour finishes, and can be made with either traditional contrasting cords & braids or alternatively with contrasting tapes. They will add style to contemporary, classical & traditional furnishings.
Pleated Blinds
A pleated blind could be described as a Venetian blind with pleated fabric instead of slats, giving a softer effect. The pleated fabric, usually in 25mm pleats, is attached with double sided tape (or similar) to a head rail at the top and to a bottom rail. With a standard free-hanging blind, it is opened by pulling the lift cords, the bottom rail being raised towards the top rail causing a concertina effect as it retracts. The lift cords pass through a cord lock, thus enabling the blind to be held at any height.
Fabrics range from translucent to opaque & blackout. They are either plain or patterned (including Jacquard or multi-coloured). Materials are polyester and cellulose-impregnated paper. Reflective metalised finishes to the external face, flame retardant & Scotch-guard treatments are available.
